MAHS Events in 2016!

MAHS Events-2016

Another Saturday Wisconsin Science Festival is under our belts, and as usual, it was a blast educating kids, parents, and teachers alike all about reptiles and amphibians! We had a variety of cool animals for visitors to see and touch, and there were lots of other science exploration stations and exhibits going on throughout the UW Madison campus and statewide! We also had one of our Kid’s Herpetological Society (KHS) junior herper members, Ronni Bingham, helping out at the tables, and she did an awesome job helping to spread the word! Great job, Ronni! It was another great event, and we look forward to the next Science Expeditions in the spring of 2017 and beyond. MAHS was also at the Pewaukee Public Library with an exciting array of animals for show and tell as part of Wisconsin Science Festival weekend! Library patrons and kids were thrilled to see and learn about animals they may otherwise have limited chances to see otherwise, and both events were a success!
